These terms apply to all design, development, hosting and maintenance services provided by Syteryte.

Quotations and scope
Every project is confirmed in writing with a fixed price and an agreed scope. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide the content, images, logins and feedback needed to complete the project within a reasonable timeframe.
Clients confirm they hold the rights to any content supplied to us.
Timelines
Estimated timelines assume prompt supply of content and feedback. Delays in either may extend the delivery date.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions can be requested and will be quoted before work begins.
Payments
One-off projects normally require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due before launch. Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance.
Ownership
On full payment of a one-off build, ownership of the completed website passes to the client. Websites provided under a subscription remain part of the service while the subscription is active.
Liability
Syteryte is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
