Website Maintenance Terms
These terms apply to the one-off website setup fee and to optional monthly website maintenance.

Setup fee
The £249 website setup fee is a one-off payment. It does not create a subscription and nothing recurring is set up unless you choose monthly maintenance.
Optional monthly maintenance
Monthly maintenance is optional and is only added when you select it. If you select it, no maintenance amount is charged on the day you pay the setup fee.
Your first monthly maintenance payment is taken 30 days after your setup payment, and monthly on that date thereafter.
Ownership
The finished website is yours once the balance is paid. Your domain name and your content always remain yours.
Choosing monthly maintenance does not change your ownership of the website.
Cancellation
There is no minimum term. You can cancel monthly maintenance at any time from the billing portal, and cover runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Cancelling maintenance ends hosting and support if these were provided as part of the plan.
Included support
Maintenance plans include hosting, security updates, backups and a defined allowance of content changes each month. Larger changes are quoted separately and approved before they start.
Missed payments
If payments are missed, we will contact you before any service is suspended. Continued non-payment may result in the website being taken offline.
